The Shootout In The West scheduled for
April 13th & 14th has been cancelled.
The Shootout In The West 2013 is scheduled for
April 13th and 14th. The tournament is a division 2/3 TSSA approved tournament.

The tournament will be open to girls
U-9 through U-19 and boys U-9 through U-14. The tournament fee for U-9 and U-10
will be $350, U-11 and U-12 will be $375, and U-13 through U-19 will be $450.
The entry deadline will be March 25, 2013. Teams can register here at "ONLINE
REGISTRATION".

Applicants must be duly registered
members of their State association. Players must be registered to the team
making the application. Each team will be allowed three guest players. Only
players with valid player passes are allowed to participate.
The tournament format calls for a guarantee three games for each team.
Semi-finals and Finals may be based on tournament entry. 1st and 2nd place will
be awarded in each age group, and 3rd place will be awarded in double brackets.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
Recently, TSSA has been receiving numerous phone
calls and emails stating that some tournaments are requiring that the
Medical Release Form
for the players be notarized.
On the TSSA Website under Administration-Forms is
the Medical Release Form. At the bottom of the form is the statement
“does not required to be notarized” This form
has been updated to conform with the guidelines that were issued by our
governing organization, United States Youth Soccer. This form
does not
require to be notarized.
